Bright capital provides a unitranche and acquisition line for OundA, the sponsor-backed buy-and-build platform for premium opticians.

Established in 2020 via the acquisition of around 20 individual premium optician stores through Beyond Capital Partners, the group consolidates more than 100 stores. The company is the No.1 premium optician chain and ranks amongst the top-6 optician chains by number of locations in Germany offering eyewear, contact lenses, and hearing aids.
