Bright Capital provided senior secured financing to support the non-sponsored buy-and-build strategy for insurance brokers. 

Attikon is a pioneering buy-and-build platform focusing on the acquisition of insurance brokers in the attractive non-life insurance segment. Bright Capital supported the initial transaction, i.e., the acquisition of two nucleus companies and the formation of the group through a non-sponsored management setup.  The company’s management and shareholders are composed of seasoned industry executives. We supported the company at an early stage leveraging our deep dive due diligence capabilities and industry networks. 

The company has successfully expanded and based on the significant track record and a strong add-on pipeline the company attracted substantial additional debt and equity funding from Macquarie.
